Our firm undertakes repairs
and renovations, painting and decorating, sign-writing,
waterproofing, special coatings, road markings and minor
construction works. Our work has included some of the largest
and best landmarks in KZN. The Pavillion, Cabana Beach, Citi
Lodge and the Heritage Market to name a few.
We consider ourselves a
leading company in our field. We endeavour
to maintain high
standards and pride ourselves in our ability to
work on fast
track and difficult projects. We work throughout
KZN and the
Eastern Cape. As part of an ongoing improvement
program we have
over the last few years introduced a profit
sharing scheme,
upgrading our systems and embarked on a
comprehensive training
program for our staff.
We run a standard costing
system on all our contracts and keep
precise records enabling us
for example to trace a wall colour used
on a contract up to ten years previously.
The company is a memeber of
the Natal Master Builders Association (40 Years)
and the
Institute of Painting Contractors. Our associates NKOMO
DECORATORS cc, is
77% black owned and between the two companies
we employ approximately 180 people.
